- Balsamic vinegar (optional if already added lemon juice)
- Salt (vibes)
- Garlic powder (generous amount)

- **Salad**
- 1 can chickpeas

- Some edamame maybe 150-200g?
- 2 mini cucumbers
- ½ box cherry tomatoes
- Crumbled feta (more flavor than mozzarella)
- **Dressing** *(no change next time)*
- Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- Maple syrup (used keto this time but doesn't matter)
- Italian seasoning (amount: vibes)
- Soy sauce (umamiii)
- Lemon juice (a few squirts)
- Balsamic vinegar *(optional if lemon juice already added; did not add any this time)*
- Salt *(amount: vibes—go lighter since feta is salty)*
- Garlic powder *(generous amount)*

- Notes on storage and preparation: storing the vegetables w/o adding dressing keeps them fresh for longer. Adding the dense bean salad into a single serving container the night before and adding dressing then is good. Dressing is really more of a marinade at that point.
